Nick Baughan

Nick is a Director of Facebook in London where he leads the company's partnerships with the agency, consultancy, venture capital and trade body communities.  Prior to joining Facebook in 2019, he spent 13 years at WPP plc across a number of their media investment brands, latterly as CEO of their Essence agency subsidiary across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.  Nick sits on a number of industry boards and committees including the Advertising Standards Authority Industry Advisory Panel, the Internet Advertising Bureau Board, Effie UK and was formerly a member of the World Economic Forum Global Council for Information & Entertainment.
