Jenny Healy

Jenny is a talent development specialist, with over 20 years experience as an HR professional and has worked in our industry for over 30 years.  Passionate about the development of people and providing an environment where talent can thrive, she has created programmes for talent development, wellbeing, school engagement and entry level development, leadership coaching and mentoring and driving Transformation.  She joined OMG UK in May 2020 and has been a key partner in the design and delivery of their D&I Strategy, focusing on the attraction and development of diverse talent. A champion of Diversity and Inclusivity and a Trustee of NABs since January 2019, working to improve the wellbeing of everyone in the media and advertising industry.
