Duncan Chater

Duncan Chater is the European Head of Sales for Bloomberg Media. He joined the company in February 2020, and is responsible for the strategic media, advertising sales, custom content and marketing services across Bloomberg Media's multi-platform, integrated offerings in the region.  Duncan has spent the past 20 years in various roles at Hearst Media, including Chief Revenue Officer for Hearst UK and Chief Brand Officer. He also held roles as Group Publishing Director of Esquire UK, Cosmopolitan, Men's Health and Women's Health. Most recently he was Global Vice President of Hearst Digital, overseeing digital multi-market revenues for 50 Hearst brands in 84 different markets and establishing global digital content studios services in New York, London and Milan.  Duncan is based in London, at Bloomberg's European headquarters. Duncan was previously a Board Director of the Fragrance Foundation in the UK for 6 years and also sits on the advisory board for Advertising Week Europe.
