As Strategy Partner at Carat UK, Cate has overall agency-level responsibility for insight alongside being the strategic lead on key clients. With over 18 years of experience, she's an expert in effectiveness, product development, audience strategy, as well as creating actionable insight that drives campaigns that deliver results. She's also committed to developing and bringing diverse new talent into strategy, and this year co-founded Carat's Strategy Academy to help identify and nurture the next generation of strategists within the agency.
