Andy is a go-to-person in the customer experience tech space within Merkle's EMEA organisation. Having built deep roots in technology service, from enterprise analytics to decisioning & CX optimisation, Andy now heads up our Technology Consulting practice in the UK. In this role he leverages technology to drive connected strategy for next best experiences across channels and helps businesses to make informed decisions around technology and broader capability investments. His focus is delivering measurable value-based outcomes for clients throughout the technology lifecycle and meaningful progress towards customer-centric visions.
